Change is good

This was drummed into my head when I worked at the call center (NUCOMM) years ago.

Real Bergevin was always telling us to love what we do, sell it to ourselves first and that CHANGE is GOOD.

We had to keep that philosophy because our client Rogers Cable was constantly changing products, promos and guidelines.

It was a nightmare at times, when customers would call us and we didn't have the foggiest clue what they were talking about.

My idea was to create an intranet for employees.

They made it.

We used it.

The employees, employer and client were happy.

So... remember that CHANGE IS GOOD!

I recommend you read his book, it will help you achieve a high level of success in any type of business.
