Solfreggio music has various frequencies that are used to speak to different parts of the body. You can also do chants, mantras and mandalas as well. On You Tube there are all sorts of chants for the heart, soul, mind and body. It can take sometime to look everything up but it helps you. Yesterday I was feeling pretty ill and out of sorts, so I laid down on the couch with a set of headphones on and put on the 528Hz Healing Music and listened to 2 playlists for 2 hours. I got up feeling refreshed and better and I was able to spend the rest of my day out for lunch, dinner and visit relatives. I felt ill again 6 hours later and came home and went straight to bed. Got up this morning and I’m back to doing meditation again. Sleep can help sometimes, but I find this gives a little boost to your energy field and speeds up the healing process. I’m feeling better, my partner who is suffering the same symptoms is now laying on the couch feeling much worse. Yet both of us became ill at the same time. It must have been the bacon we ate at the chinese restaurant yesterday. We usually don’t eat the same things and that is what we have in common. It’s a good idea to keep a food diary in such cases, especially if you get ill or suffer from food poisoning. There is a great site to keep track of what you eat if your a Twitter Fan. It’s called Tweet What You Eat and it does just that. People use it to keep track of their weight and the number of calories they are eating, what a fun way to diet and share it with the world! I found it on Hungry Girls website, she has just published a recipe book on low calorie treats and foods to replace our favorites with something that won’t add pounds to our bodies. She’s got loads of recipes and tips on weight loss, calorie counting, how to eat chocolate cake, ice cream and still lose weight. It was a hobby of hers about 3 years ago and now she’s created a new lucrative career out of it. It goes to show that you can make money by doing something you love as a hobby. Pretty cool if you ask me, I hope to do the same for myself in the future.Back to the meditation, what I am trying to say is this, by taking time to meditate and clear your mind you can help the body heal faster because it can focus everything on healing instead of worrying about the bills, the kids or other trivial things. Worry about those things later, actually forget about worrying about them and just write the stuff down in a journal. Then make a list of solutions and if that doesn’t work, lay down for a nap and meditate. Ask yourself what solutions can I come up with to solve some of my problems. Then put that headset on and listen to some tunes and as you dream you will have thoughts and solutions come to mind. Make sure you have a notebook and pen beside you so that when the ideas come you can record them right away. This is how you will put a smile on your face and start to feel happy instead of sad, tired and exhausted.This is a productive way to heal your body, refresh your mind, calm your heart, and revitalize your soul!
